If your order includes a mail-in repair service, please follow the steps below to prepare and send your module to us.
All paid shipping methods include a prepaid return label for you to send us your module(s).
We will email your printable label after you provide the parcel dimensions.
📦 Step-by-Step Shipping Instructions
1. Pack your module securely
Please package your item(s) safely in a sturdy box or bubble mailer.
Use enough padding so the module cannot move around during transit.
2. Send us your package dimensions
Reply to your order confirmation email with the following:
- Length (inches or cm)
- Width
- Height
Once we receive the dimensions, we will generate and email your prepaid label.
3. Print & drop off your parcel
Print the label and drop off your package with the specified courier.

📝 Important Notes
- We are not responsible for items damaged in transit.
Please ensure your module is protected. - Do a shake test: the module should not move when the package is shaken.
- Package your item so that if the box were dropped, the module would remain safe.
- Parcels dropped off after the courier cut-off time (3pm–5pm) may be delayed by 1 business day.
📮 Packaging Tips
- Small modules may be sent in a padded envelope or bubble mailer.
- Fragile or heavy modules should be wrapped in ample bubble wrap inside a box.
- Oversized or excessive packaging may be subject to additional shipping fees.
