My car put up a fight but he persevered, went above and beyond and eventually solved the problem. Then he undercharged me. When you drive a Mercedes every mechanic generally has his hand out but not Felipe. Highly recommend just wish he wasn't a 7 hour drive for me. But absolutely worth the drive.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm a mobile locksmith in Connecticut. We had a 2018 BMW X5 (F15) whose BDC got bricked during a key programming job. The car was completely dead, and I was in a real bind. Filipe at ECU Medics recovered it remotely. He flashed the BDC on our bench setup, restored the vehicle order and coding, and confirmed the original key was recognized, all over a remote session.

When we put it back in the car and had communication problems with other modules, he connected again the next day and stayed with us until the car started and ran smooth. He was patient, answered every question, and explained what he was doing. You can tell he really knows BMW electronics.
