We typically Repair and Return your module the same day we receive it.
- Canada and USA wide mail-in service using UPS/FedEx/DHL/Purolator.
- Prepaid shipping label included with any of our “Both-way” shipping methods.
- Shipping times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
We offer (3) options to Ship Us your Module. You can read more about each option below.

Use our Prepaid Shipping Label
A prepaid shipping label is only included with our “Both-way” shipping methods.
Reply to our Shipping Instructions email with your parcel dimensions and we will provide a prepaid label.
If you would like a pickup scheduled from your Business location please let us know.
Ship to our PO Box
With “One-way” Shipping methods you will need to ship us the module separately.
To ship us your module yourself please use the PO Box Address below.
Once shipped, please provide us with the tracking number information.
This address may NOT be valid for UPS/FedEx/DHL/Purolator.

Local Drop-Off
If you are local to the Edmonton, AB area you can Drop-off in Edmonton or Sherwood Park. When you place the order, please select Drop-off as your shipping method and you will receive an email with further instructions.
Shipping Methods
Express (Both-ways)
Includes Express prepaid shipping label to ship us your module.
We will return your repaired module as Express.
Expedited (Both-ways)
Includes Expedited prepaid shipping label to ship your module to us.
We will return your repaired module as Expedited.
Standard (Both-ways)
Includes Standard prepaid shipping label to ship your module to us.
We will return your repaired module as Standard.
Standard (One-way)
Includes Standard Free Ground shipping for us to return your repaired module.
You will have to ship us your module separately.
Packaging and Cut-off Times
Smaller modules such as FRM Footwell Module can be shipped in a bubble envelope.
Bubble Mailer Envelope Size#2 shown below (available at Canada Post for $2).
Parcel drop-off after cut-off time (5pm) will delay package by 1 business-day.
