Remote Connection

We will use either AnyDesk or RustDesk to grant us temporary access to your laptop.
This is a lightweight remote connection tool that is easy to install (steps below).
We will configure any required software and communicate along the way.

Follow these Instructions/Requirements for Remote Diagnostics & Programming Session Setup.
Carefully note our Minimum Requirements (specifically for remote flashing).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Windows 10/11 Laptop (Wall Charger Recommended)
    • Must have full administrative rights (no work or restricted laptops)
    • You only need to install AnyDesk or RustDesk (one or the other)
  • Fast and Stable WiFi connection at the Vehicle
    • Must have low ping/latency for successful programming
    • If requested, run the Speed Test Tool below and send us the results
  • Battery Voltage Charger/Maintainer (optional for Diagnostics)
    • 40 amp setting for Flash/Tune – must maintain 13 Volts min with the ignition on.
    • For diagnostic sessions a charger is only required if engine does not start.
  • Appropriate Diagnostic Cable or Device (i.e. K+DCAN, ENET, ICOM, etc)

Install AnyDesk

Step 1 – Download and install AnyDesk on your device.

Download AnyDesk Link >>> https://anydesk.com/en/downloads/windows

Step 2 – Open the downloaded file and click the Install Tile.

Step 3 – Open AnyDesk and let us know your Address Number

Step 4 – Accept our connection request by clicking the Green Accept button

Install RustDesk

Step 1 – Download Windows x64 RustDesk (or other) to your device.

Step 2 – Open the Downloaded to Launch RustDesk and press the Install Button.

Step 3 – Open RustDesk and let us know your ID and one-time Password
