We will use either AnyDesk or RustDesk to grant us temporary access to your laptop.
This is a lightweight remote connection tool that is easy to install (steps below).
We will configure any required software and communicate along the way.

Carefully note our Minimum Requirements (specifically for remote flashing).
Minimum Requirements:
- Windows 10/11 Laptop (Wall Charger Recommended)
- Must have full administrative rights (no work or restricted laptops)
- You only need to install AnyDesk or RustDesk (one or the other)
- Fast and Stable WiFi connection at the Vehicle
- Must have low ping/latency for successful programming
- If requested, run the Speed Test Tool below and send us the results
- Battery Voltage Charger/Maintainer (optional for Diagnostics)
- 40 amp setting for Flash/Tune – must maintain 13 Volts min with the ignition on.
- For diagnostic sessions a charger is only required if engine does not start.
- Appropriate Diagnostic Cable or Device (i.e. K+DCAN, ENET, ICOM, etc)

Install AnyDesk
Step 1 – Download and install AnyDesk on your device.
Download AnyDesk Link >>> https://anydesk.com/en/downloads/windows
Step 2 – Open the downloaded file and click the Install Tile.
Step 3 – Open AnyDesk and let us know your Address Number
Step 4 – Accept our connection request by clicking the Green Accept button
Install RustDesk
Step 1 – Download Windows x64 RustDesk (or other) to your device.

Step 2 – Open the Downloaded to Launch RustDesk and press the Install Button.
Step 3 – Open RustDesk and let us know your ID and one-time Password
