Remote Connection

Please follow these Instructions for Remote Diagnostics & Programming Session setup.
We will use either a software called AnyDesk or RustDesk to grant us temporary access to your laptop.
Once we connect we will do our basic checks and confirm everything is in order before we proceed.

Battery voltage must be maintained if vehicle does not start or if programming is to be carried out.
If carrying out a programming session please insure you have an appropriate battery maintainer connected to the vehicle. The battery voltage must remain at minimum 13 Volts at all times.

Note: Please do not use your work laptop or any laptop with restricted administrative rights. Windows 7 10 or 11 only.

Install AnyDesk

Step 1 – Download and install AnyDesk on your device. You will find the installation tile in the Main Window.

Step 2 – Open AnyDesk and let us know your Address Number

Step 3 – Accept our connection request by clicking the Green Accept button

Install RustDesk

Step 1 – Download Windows x64 RustDesk (or other) to your device.

Step 2 – Open the Downloaded to Launch RustDesk and press the Install Button.

Step 3 – Open RustDesk and let us know your ID and one-time Password
