Overview
Parts and Tools typically come with a 1 Year Warranty unless noted otherwise. This means if any Part or Tool is found to be defective you just need to ship it back to us and we will issue a full refund.
Repairs and online services are subject to minimum fees. Sometimes modules are unrepairable or the vehicle can have some other separate issue, in these cases we will typically charge a diagnostic & handling fee of $100. We may make exceptions in special circumstances, but only if we’ve exhausted all trouble shooting options with you and then only at our sole discretion.
If you would like to request a Refund or Exchange review you must submit it within 7 days of the date you received your item. Online Programming and Diagnostic Services are non-tangible and as such as not eligible for any returns or refunds. Refund
First, submit your request explaining your problem and why you would like a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
First, submit your request explaining your problem and why you would like an Exchange. If your exchange/return is approved then you can ship us your item for processing and review.
Shipping Returns
We only accept Returns in special circumstances where we have shipped you a defective or wrong item. Please submit your claim first and once we’ve approved your Return you can ship back the item to address below:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
