Refunds

In order to be eligible for a Refund or Exchange review you must submit a request within 7 days of the date you received your item. Remote Services such as Diagnostics and Programming are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Returns & Exchanges

Please submit a request explaining the Exchange you would like and if your exchange/return is approved then you can ship us your item for processing and review.

Shipping Returns

We can provide you a prepaid shipping label or you can mail using Canada Post to:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Package your items safely and securely.
