Refunds
In order to be eligible for a Refund or Exchange you must submit a request within 7 days of the date you received your item. Remote Services such as Diagnostics and Programming are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Remote Services
Remote Services such as Diagnostics, Coding and Programming are subject to minimum fees. If we are umable to complete a service due to a problem outside of our control (such as incompatible hardware, computer misconfigurations, poor internet connection, inadequate battery maintainer, etc) then a Diagnostic/Assessment fee of 30% or $120 (whichever is highest) will be applied against your refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Please submit a request explaining the Return or Exchange you would like and if approved then you can ship us your item for processing and review.
Shipping Returns
We can provide you a prepaid shipping label or you can mail using Canada Post to:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Package your items safely and securely.
